Shipping & Local Pick Up

LOCAL PICK UP:

We offer local pick up in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

When your order is ready for pick-up we will email you with instructions.

SHIPPED ORDERS:

We ship out most orders within 1-2 business days Monday-Friday (excluding weekends & holidays).

STANDARD SHIPPING includes USPS and UPS Ground. We will choose the best method based on your order size/weight. We do not honor requests for services at this time.

MILITARY ADDRESS: Most of the time we are able to ship to APO, AE address' for no additional charges. However at our discretion we reserve the right to cancel an order or ask the customer to pay the shipping difference for large, over sized, or additionally expensed USPS shipments. As we cannot ship UPS to military address'. Customer is also welcome to opt out of the shipping to a military address if a physical US address is provided for no additional charge.

We ship your package to the address you provide at checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to customer error. If this is your case, please reach back out to us for assistance however you as the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees. If such orders are cancelled due to customer error, we will apply a restocking fee & the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
