USPS CARRIER SHIPPING NOTICE:
DUE TO LIMITED TRANSPORTATION AVAILABILITY AS A RESULT OF NATIONWIDE COVID-19 IMPACTS, PACKAGE DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED.

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

Most orders ship out within 1-3 business days Monday-Friday (business days only excluding weekends & holidays). *Please note if you order our Heat Press Transfers they may be delayed by 1-3 business days due to cure time. If your order is placed before Noon EST it may ship out from our warehouse the same day (we do out best to ship as quickly as possible). If your order is placed on the weekend it will process on Monday. From time to time we do experience delays due to large order volumes, if this is the case it may delay your shipment date by 1-3 business days. We do our best to get our order out to you as quickly as possible. If you ever have any questions about your order and its shipment please contact us for assistance.

 

USA LOWER 48 SHIPPING & HANDLING.

Calculated in cart. Orders of $2000+ will require additional shipping charges to be determined once order is packaged and ready to ship.

We do collect a very small handling fee on all orders. This is determined by the items in your order. and covers the cost of packaging supplies,etc. We already offer our products at wholesale prices to the public without requiring a wholesale account (state business resale certificate).  Many of our products are way-way below wholesale!!! We simply pass along the shipping costs set in place by the postal services we use. Unfortunately, we hold no control over their postal rate structure and yearly increases. 

If you are located in HI or AK your package may inquire additional shipping costs set in place by the USPS and Fedex. We hold no control over these and we will charge you the cost of shipping to your location.

MILITARY ADDRESS: Most of the time we are able to ship to APO, AE, etc address' for no additional charges. However at our discretion we reserve the right to cancel an order or ask the customer to pay the shipping difference for large, over sized, or additionally expensed USPS shipments. As we cannot ship Fedex to military address'. Customer is also welcome to opt out of the shipping to a military address if a physical US address is provided for no additional charge.

Shipping insurance is available at checkout. We are not responsible for packages if your package becomes lost or damaged and insurance is not purchased.

STANDARD SHIPPING includes USPS and Fedex Ground. We will choose the best method based on your order size/weight. We do not honor requests for services.

MISSING/DELAYED PACKAGES: Per the USPS you cannot file a claim for missing/delayed packages until the package has been missing/delayed for 15 days. Please reach out to the USPS for assistance at 1-800-ASK-USPS. If insurance is not purchased at checkout as a shipping option, we are not responsible for lost/delayed packages.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Once orders are placed they are 99% of the time not able to be cancelled. If we are able to cancel your order, we do reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. Please note this before requesting cancellation. This fee is used to cover the expenses and time that were incurred to pull/check/package your order. Then unpack and put away.

CANADA SHIPPING.

We currently ship Internationally to Canada. You do not pay for shipping at checkout. It will reflect a $0 for shipping with the following note: 

Shipping is not free to Canada. You will be invoiced for the exact shipping cost to your location after purchase. This invoice will come to your email on file with payment. By clicking this shipping option you agree to these terms. Cancelled orders may be charged a restocking fee.

We will invoice you for your shipping after your order has been placed on our website (we pull the order and calculate your shipping fee based on weight/package. We will then contact you with an invoice for the remaining balance owed before your order will ship out. This will come as a PayPal invoice to your email on file with your order. You can pay this invoice by PayPal or credit card.

If you choose to cancel your shipment to Canada the following applys: we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. Please note this before requesting cancellation. This fee is used to cover the expenses and time that were incurred to pull/check/package your order. Then unpack/sort/restock.

USPS/Fedex International shipments do not include tracking (only followed to the border in the USA), insurance, or the cost of tarriffs or customs.

USPS CANADA SHIPPING NOTICE: USPS International shipments do not include tracking, insurance, or the cost of tariffs/customers. Your order can take up to 60 days to arrive, we have no control over this. Please only contact us if your shipment has not arrived and it has been longer than 60 days.

 

ADDITIONAL INFO.

 

If you require help with your package please call the USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS and supply your tracking number. Your package has left our possession and we no longer have access/control over it and cannot assist you with any questions.

 

Please give the carrier adequate time to deliver your package to you. Per USPS policies nothing can be done unless your package has been delayed/missing for the following time frame:

 

First Class Mail: 14 days

 

Priority Mail: 15 days

 

In our experience most packages deliver before these time frames. If however your package has still not arrived and it is past these the said days above, please see the following:
 
*If you DID NOT purchase insurance at checkout (where it is offered as a shipping option) we cannot replace lost/delayed packages. You will have to reach out to the USPS with your tracking number for assistance at 1-800-ASK-USPS
 
If you DID purchase insurance at checkout our policy states that we can file for a claim/send a new package after it has been missing/delayed for 15 days. Please reach back out to us if you fit this criteria and we will be happy to assist you.
 
We ship your package to the address you provide at checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to customer error. If this is your case, please reach back out to us for assistance however you as the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees. If such orders are cancelled due to customer error, we will apply a restocking fee & the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
 
Once a package leaves our facility and is handed off to the USPS we no longer service the package. With a very large volume of packages leaving our shop, we no longer handle USPS claims unless insurance has been purchased. 
 
INSURANCE NOTICE: If you do purchase insurance by contacting us before ordering, it covers replacement of your package if it becomes lost in the mail system. It does not include refunds. We will only replace packages in these situations. We also reserve the right to wait the noted amount of time noted above for your package to arrive to you.

RETURN POLICY.

My Vinyl Direct allows up to 10 days upon delivery of order to report any defective, damaged, or missing product(s) for support in resolution. Any requests after 10 days of delivery will be denied. You may submit a return request up to 14 days after purchase for returns not related to defective, damaged, or missing products. Please note Holiday items may not be returned if the said holiday (example: Christmas, Halloween, Easter, etc.) date has passed. You must submit this request in your account under the order the item was in. 

  • TO INITIATE A RETURN: Log into your account, then go to My Account. Click orders, find the order in which you want to return/report. Click Return Item(s) next to View Order Details. Fill out the return request and click submit.
  • WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT RETURN/CLAIM REQUESTS VIA EMAIL OR BY PHONE. YOU MUST LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT TO PROCESS A RETURN OR CLAIM.
  • Heat Press Transfer Policy: We will not refund heat press transfer purchases due to user errors. We will however replace defective transfers before they have been applied. We will request photos of such defects to approve these claims and all claims must be handled through your order on the website under returns. These are a no refunds/final sale item with the exception of defects before application.
  • Once your return has been verified and you receive your email for return instructions, you have 10 days for it to deliver back to us for a refund/credit. If it has not arrived your return will be void and if it does arrive past said date will be refused/return to sender.

 

All sale category (**final sale**) and all heat press transfers (screen prints/sublimations/cotton) sales are final. All custom order sales are final. All digital file sales are final. All E Code purchases are final. There will be no refunds given on any of these items.

  • If the error is on our part we will certainly make it right. 
  • If the conditions we set (will be included when you request return authorization), My Vinyl Direct reserves the right to refuse the return.

WE CANNOT ADD TO ORDERS ONCE PLACED, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN YOUR CART BEFORE CHECKING OUT. WE WILL NOT REPLY TO THESE REQUESTS.

Due to holiday demands, orders are shipping out in approx 1-2 business days. Our custom prints such cotton transfers and sublimation transfers may require additional processing time due to volumes. This is subject to change depending on volumes we are experiencing. You will receive an email when your order has shipped which will include your tracking information.

By submitting your order you agree to the following:

-Digital items such as files and e codes are a final sale. No refunds. We do not accept returns on our Sale category and any items marked **final sale** category.

-My Vinyl Direct allows up to 10 days upon delivery of order to report any defective, damaged, or missing product(s). Any requests after 10 days of delivery will be denied. You must log into your account to initiate this report under returns.

-All physical purchases (excluding clearance, final sale, & holiday-when past said date listed on our returns page) can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase. Buyer will be responsible for return postage & restocking fee may apply. Digital purchases are not refundable. No exceptions. A request for return must be made before you send your items back. You must log into your account and find your order to start the return process. Returns/Exchanges must arrive in brand new sell-able condition and packaged just as we sent them out to you.

-My Vinyl Direct reserves the rights to request photo documentation before further proceedings of claims.

-We make no claims to the warranty of any of the products we sell. As many factors can affect said materials when users apply other materials such as heat, pressure, solutions, etc. We always recommend a test before applying to any material/surface. We do not process returns or claims on items that have been altered or personalized by customer.
